STM Compositor — LaTeX & InDesign

Typesetting complex scientific, technical, and medical content — equations, chemical structures, multi-column journal layouts. Proficiency in LaTeX and InDesign required. Experience with JATS XML a strong advantage.

30-minute video call with our production lead. We'll talk about your experience, your technical skills, and what you're looking for. No trick questions.

Paid Skills Assessment

A short paid technical task — 2–3 hours of actual work relevant to the role. We pay for your time regardless of the outcome. You evaluate us as much as we evaluate you.

Offer & Onboarding

Written offer within 5 business days of the assessment. Structured 30-day onboarding with a senior team member as your dedicated guide.
